Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Zambia.
Countrywide deliveries are made using an independent courier service. To confirm
whether an order can reach you address, please contact our sales team and they will be
able to advise accordingly.
Order Processing Time – Orders are processed within 24hrs, ready to be dropped off at
the couriers for delivery. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday
during business working hours.
Orders are dropped off at the couriers every Tuesday and Friday only. Date of delivery
may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and method of delivery.
Pricing for delivery is determined by the respective courier company engaged for the
delivery based on the weight of the order placed.

Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation – Cancellations may be made but are only accepted within 24hrs of payment
confirmation status.
Exchange/Return – Cocoaskin has a strict 14 day return policy.
If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they are at liberty to return the product at
their own cost and request for an exchange or full refund.
Returned products must be new, unopened and in their original condition. Any open items
are not eligible for refund. No sale items, special discount offers and purchases are
eligible for return/refund.
In the case that you are returning a damaged item, photographic evidence will be required
to be submitted. Once the damaged item has been examined and the damage confirmed,
a new order will be processed and delivered to you at no extra cost. Alternatively, a full
refund will be made to you if you so wish.
All refunds will be processed and paid in the payment method used by the customer when
the order was placed.
